アセットフロンティア株式会社は、法令遵守（コンプライアンス）の徹底と自浄作用の強化を目的として、内部通報窓口を設置しております。組織や個人による不正行為・法令違反・ハラスメント等の早期発見と是正に努めてまいります。
To ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations and to strengthen our self-cleansing mechanisms, assetfrontier inc. has established a Whistleblowing Contact Window. We are committed to the early detection and correction of misconduct, legal violations, harassment, and other improper acts within our organization.

秘密の厳守 Confidentiality
通報・相談内容および個人情報は厳重に管理され、正当な理由なく第三者に開示されることはありません。
All reports and personal information will be strictly managed and will not be disclosed to any third party without a legitimate reason.
不利益取扱いの禁止 Protection from Disadvantage
通報を行ったことを理由として、解雇その他の不利益な取扱いを受けることは一切ありません。
Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantageous treatment, such as dismissal or penalties, as a result of making a report.
匿名での対応 Anonymous Reporting
匿名での通報も受け付けております（十分な調査やフィードバックをご希望の場合は、連絡先のご提供をお願いする場合があります）。
Anonymous reporting is permitted (however, providing contact information may be requested if a detailed investigation or feedback is desired).

業務に関連する犯罪行為、各種法律に抵触する行為
Criminal acts or violations of applicable laws and regulations related to business operations.
社内規定・コンプライアンス違反 / Policy & Compliance Violations
横領、情報漏洩、汚職など
Embezzlement, information leakage, bribery, or other policy violations.
ハラスメント行為 / Harassment
パワハラ、セクハラ、マタハラなど
Power harassment, sexual harassment, maternity harassment, etc.
その他不適切行為 / Other Improper Conduct
組織的または個人による不正行為
Any other fraudulent or improper conduct by the organization or individuals.
